Terms & Conditions

1. Service Overview

Amaze Laundry Services provides laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, wash & fold, wash & iron, pickup, and delivery services in Hyderabad and surrounding areas.

2. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and service availability. Amaze Laundry Services reserves the right to refuse service for items that may be unsafe, damaged, or unsuitable for processing.

3. Pickup & Delivery

• Customers must provide accurate pickup and delivery information.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers should verify garments at the time of delivery.

4. Minimum Order Value

A minimum order value may apply depending on the service area and order type.

5. Express Services

Express or urgent orders may attract additional charges and are subject to operational availability.

6. Garment Inspection

Customers should inspect garments before handing them over. Existing stains, tears, discoloration, missing buttons, loose embellishments, or fabric damage should be disclosed during pickup.

7. Limitation of Liability

Amaze Laundry Services shall not be responsible for:

• Color fading, bleeding, or shrinkage.
• Damage caused by fabric weakness or manufacturing defects.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Items left in garment pockets.
• Damage to delicate embellishments, embroidery, beads, sequins, or decorative accessories.

8. Customer Complaints

Any complaint regarding service quality, damage, loss, or delivery must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

9. Compensation Policy

Where Amaze Laundry Services is determined to be responsible for loss or damage, compensation shall be limited to:

• Ten (10) times the service charge for the affected garment, or
• ₹3,000,

whichever is lower.

10. Unclaimed Garments

Garments remaining unclaimed for more than 60 days after notification may be disposed of without further liability.

11. Force Majeure

Amaze Laundry Services shall not be liable for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, power failures, government restrictions, pandemics, or similar events.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, graphics, and service descriptions remain the property of Amaze Laundry Services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
